2022, a year filled with dynamism in Beau Plan!
2022, a year full of projects at Beau Plan!
The year is already drawing to a close. 2022 has been punctuated by events of all kinds that reflect the dynamism of this city in the making. Let’s look back at the highlights.
The city’s residential areas are sprouting
While Le Hameau continues to welcome new families, the Mango Village apartment and duplex projects and the residential lands of Les Muguets come to complete the residential offer of Beau Plan. Delivered during the year, The first phase of Les Muguets offers several serviced plots where one can build his/her dream house. Some future residents have already finalized their plans and will soon start their construction work, while the commercialisation of Phase 2 is being finalised.
When it comes to Mango Village, Phase 1 was successfully delivered to its owners at the end of the year. While the commercialisation of phase 2 continues, the residents of the first phase are starting to settle in, while enjoying their new life in the heart of Beau Plan.An urban park dedicated to the residents of the city will be also developed in the heart of residential areas, the inhabitants of Beau Plan will also have the pleasure, within a few months, to enjoy the future padel tennis center of Mon Rocher. Open to the general public, this new sports area, where construction work has begun in 2022, is set to be very popular.
A business destination that is more attractive than ever
With its accessibility at the gateway to the north and its fully integrated environment, Beau Plan is slowly becoming a highly coveted business hub. While the Beau Plan Business Park offers some rental units to SMEs, it is the Strand project that people are looking at: with an occupancy rate of more than 50% already., it is progressing at a good pace and the handing over of office keys to their owners will take place in early 2023, so that they can arrange their space to their liking. On the other side of the city, the Business District has progressed on its infrastructure work throughout the year, and the first partners will start work on their offices or showrooms soon.
The return of popular events
After two years marked by the health crisis, Beau Plan has gradually resumed its social activities and hosted events for different audiences in recent months. In addition to the popular Anba Pie and Gourmet Experience festivals – which have brought together young and old around local know-how and the pleasure of sharing quality moments –Les Apéros de Beau Plan were the perfect opportunity for the workers and inhabitants of the city to meet around an afterwork at La Cantine de Beau Plan. These monthly afterworks will be open to the general public around mid 2023!
The Mahogany Shopping Promenade is becoming unmissable
Mahogany blew its first candle last June. It was a memorable month that was met with joy, excitement and creativity. A moment of pride and pleasure for Beau Plan. Over time, this new type of retail centre has truly established itself as an unmissable spot of the region: many bus lines now go through Mahogany; and its kids area has become the favorite place of many children. Several new stores and restaurants such as Ze Tacos, Yellow Fish, Aromas of India and the pop up store of L’Instant Présent have also opened their doors in the retail centre. Now more than ever, the Mahogany Shopping Promenade invites the whole region to come and enjoy happy moments #bythelake!
