Because spending time is also an opportunity to get together and share a good time during a match or competition! With the future sports complex in Bois Rouge, you’ll be spoilt for choice in group sports. From the football field, scheduled for delivery in early 2023, to the petanque field, let your competitive spirit run free during tournaments!

The future padel club of Mon Rocher, managed by Ennoia, will be the meeting place for this addictive and fun sport. It is scheduled to open in Q3 2023. Get your rackets ready!

To boost your well-being and recharge your batteries!

If you want to keep fit and have a healthy mind in a healthy body, then the new boutique gym at The Strand is sure to please you. The upcoming opening of The Strand offices will be accompanied by the highly anticipated opening of the on-site gym in April 2023! Managed by Ennoia and proposing a concept that will soon be unveiled, its activities like cardio, fitness and yoga among others, will be accessible via membership.

In other words, this gym will be the perfect place for those who want to work out before work, get back in shape or relax after a long day at the office.

To experience new sensations

Highly motivated by sports?

The city has been hosting the Studio Dance School at the Creative Park for several years, where children and adults, beginners and experienced dancers meet every day to express themselves through movement.

Similarly, the Mon Rocher Stables are the meeting place for horse riding enthusiasts. There are weekly initiation courses like horse jumping for those wanting to try something new.

Recharge and Renew

For some, sports is above all a way of life. And what better than a natural setting like Beau Plan to make the most of this lifestyle.

Whether you prefer to jog in the city’s alleys lined with royal palms and orchards, a regenerating walk around its lake or a yoga class in the heart of the historic Beauhinias district with Aurélie Chasteau, the city offers plenty of choices!
