Gourmet Experience: Throwback to the event!
On October 1st, foodies from all over the island gathered in the gardens of L’Aventure du Sucre in Beau Plan for a new edition of Gourmet Experience. Get ready to salivate as we take a look back at the event.
25 stands, 1500 participants of all ages, a creative mini-market and… the very first “sold out” of the event a few hours before its opening! That, to resume, is what the 21st edition of Gourmet Experience at Beau Plan looked like. Gourmets from across the country came together to enjoy our local delicacies and discover new flavours. Visitors were able to enjoy treats from Amigo, Bali Cravings, Ousaporn, Mr Bao, Wapalapam or Sea of Cakes. A real delight for the tastebuds.
Marc-André Hein, the organizer of the event, takes us back to this evening: ‘’We are satisfied with the event and have received very positive feedback. The customer experience was great thanks to the organization of the restaurants present and our partners at Beau Plan, the atmosphere was very friendly and the cuisine was as varied as appetizing. In short, it was a real success!”
This event also kicks off the resumption of events in Beau Plan. After a big pause due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this ‘revival’ allows the Smart City to reiterate its commitment to support arts and culture.’’ We want to make Beau Plan a vibrant and inclusive city, where it feels good to live, spend time and just walk around, explains Emeric Vigier de Latour, Communications Manager of Terra group. We are lucky to have the perfect environment to host events of all sizes and styles – from yoga classes to concerts – and wish to give those who wish, the opportunity to organize events synonymous with encounters, sharing and creativity.”
The Smart City does not intend to stop here, and already assists its partners in organizing other events to end the year, Whether it’s fun evenings or professional meetings – such as the Mauritian Music Expo (MOMIX), which included workshops held by seasoned professionals linked to the world of music at the Creative Park on 30th September and October 1st. Stay tuned.
The year is already drawing to a close. 2022 has been punctuated by events of all kinds that reflect the dynamism of this city in the making. Let’s look back at the highlights.
With an established leisure offering, residential neighbourhoods that are coming to life and a pleasant and convenient business park, Beau Plan aspires to become the ideal destination for businesses.
