Having worked at the Ennoia Boutique Gym at The Strand for a few months, Head Coach Séphora can’t hide her love for Beau Plan! Here’s her story.
How long have you been working for Ennoia Boutique Gym?
I’ve been with Ennoia for 11 months now. Initially, I was just covering classes at our Grand Baie club occasionally, but eventually, I joined the Ennoia Boutique Gym journey as Head Coach.
What do you like about your work environment?
I couldn’t ask for a better work environment! Recently, I’ve developed a deeper connection with nature and learned to appreciate it more, especially in a world that keeps evolving. Entering Beau Plan always brings a calming feeling to the soul, particularly at Ennoia Boutique Gym, where the view of the lake and the stunning mountain range in the background is simply breath-taking.
Tell us about your daily routine in Beau Plan.
On days when I start early, I like to arrive a bit ahead of time and spend a few minutes on the rooftop, enjoying the cool breeze and watching the sunrise over the mountains and the still lake, reflecting the surrounding trees. It’s the perfect way to start the day, recharging my energy. Then, I get into my tasks, and during my break, I always make time for a walk around the lake.
What’s your favorite shop or restaurant in Beau Plan?
I have to admit, grabbing my coffee at Artisan Coffee has become part of my work routine. Maryam and Hema are so amazing that they already know my order as soon as I walk in! They are incredibly welcoming, and their contagious smiles brighten any visit to the café. My go-to order? An oat milk latte with caramel syrup, no added sugar. Try it—you’ll thank me later!
