At The Strand, the new exclusive office space in the heart of Beau Plan, you’re greeted by the warm smiles and positive energy of Elvina and Adrien. Both joined the project as receptionists and administrative assistants in mid-2023, and have now been working here for several months. When asked where their positive energy comes from, Elvina is quick to reply, “Beau Plan makes work more enjoyable!”
Together, they’ve shared the reasons they love coming to work and the features of Beau Plan that make it a truly unique workplace in their eyes.
Adrien: A good day starts with a good coffee! Every morning, we grab our coffee together, either at our desks or while taking a walk around the building. It’s always a nice moment—we greet tenants, exchange a few words, and it really boosts our mood!
Elvina: The sense of community here is truly special, whether within The Strand or throughout the city. There are many companies based in Beau Plan, so a lot of people work here daily. Faces quickly become familiar, and over time, you get to know people and build strong connections.
Adrien: Another big advantage is how close we are to all the amenities at Mahogany Shopping Promenade. It’s a huge plus! We head there whenever we need something for work, if we’re feeling peckish, or if we forgot something for lunch. It’s also a perfect spot for a coffee break, a quick trip to the bank, or some shopping before heading home.
Elvina: Everything at Beau Plan is connected and easily accessible, with wide sidewalks making it easy to move from one place to another. There are also some fantastic dining options, like Le Fangourin and La Cantine de Beau Plan, which we often recommend to our tenants or visitors attending conferences at The Strand.
Adrien: And lastly, the highlight… The setting of Beau Plan is truly exceptional. The environment is vibrant and conducive to work, yet incredibly peaceful. This is something that tenants at The Strand consistently mention. We’re surrounded by lush greenery, with a stunning view of the lake and mountains as a backdrop.
Elvina: Beau Plan promotes the right balance between work, leisure, and wellness. Many people work out at the Ennoia gym by the lake or take walks along the promenade with colleagues. On Mondays and Wednesdays, there’s also the “Beau Plan Walk,” which invites anyone interested to join a refreshing walk around the city. It’s a great way to meet others in the Beau Plan community.
