It has been a few months since Athina joined Grays as Human Resources Manager, and she shares what daily life in Beau Plan looks like, balancing work and leisure.
Athina started working in Beau Plan in October 2024, taking on her role at Grays. As HR Manager, she leads the company’s human capital efforts with the support of her team. From rolling out HR strategies to fostering personal development and handling contract and payroll administration, her daily routine is packed with both challenges and meaningful projects.
Even with a full schedule, Athina makes sure to enjoy the little pleasures that come with working in Beau Plan, helping her maintain balance throughout the day.
“I sometimes order a good Italian salad from La Cantine de Beau Plan and go pick it up on foot, or stop at La Isla Padel in Mon Rocher on my way to the office for a sandwich,” she says.
What does she appreciate most about Beau Plan? Along with the thoughtful developments and the abundance of green spaces, it’s the city’s convenience that stands out. Living in Mount, she makes the most of Beau Plan’s proximity to manage different aspects of her daily life.
“My kids go to Greencoast, which makes drop-offs easier, and my daughter takes dance lessons at Studio Dance School in the Creative Park. As for me, I enjoy playing padel at La Isla. It’s the perfect setup, logistically.”
If you don’t run into Athina at the Grays offices, you’ll likely find her at one of the many great spots around Beau Plan.
