To align its vibrant energy with its sustainable values, the centre puts a range of clever ideas into action: “Our goal is to remain true to our sustainability commitments,” Davina adds. “We recycle as much material as possible such as cardboard from our shops to encourage everyone to see waste as something with potential for a second life. We also favour plastic-free decorations and invite visitors to develop their gardening skills or creativity through our workshops. All these initiatives help shift perspectives on the environment… and the enthusiasm is real!”
